Extremely nice experience at Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu. (We only stay a night without breakfast/dinner) Staff are extremely nice! I will say it looks like a family experience with high manners. It was lovely and I will come back here without any doubt if I want to go back to Kinosaki. Can only recommend !

Dinner blew my mind. I did not expect such a quality. I was also surprised by free extra bath at the day of arrival. The staff is super nice and made their best to explain the onsen rules. I wish I could stay longer. It is a must-go place especially on a first trip to Japan.

I highly recommend this place Location is great and the room quite big enough for all the family In bonus, we had private onsen for just the 4 of us everyday with no extra charge and a private tea ceremony performed by the owner's mother. Everything was absolutely perfect at Sensui. We loved our Japanese style room, the three private onsen and the staff (especially Ayuri - she was incredibly sweet and helpful. Also, her energy was incredible). We also really loved the breakfast and dinner at Sensui - it’s really top class!

Extremely good service, very beautiful lobby and our japanese styled room was both fancy and cosy. Dinner served to room was great experience and delicious and server was helpful guiding us with the food. Private onsen was highlight of our stay. Be sure to take time to stroll around the beautiful town of Kinosaki.
