This was truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed out in my entire life. It absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. We were not even supposed to stay at this hotel as we had booked a different property initially but they cancelled last minute and we ended up at OSH hotel and what a blessing in disguise. Firstly, the interior, design and decor is absolutely stunning. It looks like something out of a catalogue I was amazed at all the attention to detail. The rooftop and pool were absolutely stunning, so peaceful so clean, and the service is impeccable. Every single one of the employees at this hotel made us feel so welcome and safe. A special thank you to Juan Carlos, and all the ladies working at the restaurant at breakfast time. Also unfortunately we did not get his name but the man with glasses that checked us in was a gem. We only got to stay four days, but we would come back and stay a whole week!!! I recommend this 1000 times to anyone visiting Cartagena. Also the location is perfect, right next to Getsemaní. We already miss it so much!!!

The location is very good, while there are two different kinds of beaches at walking distance: one with less waves and the other one to another direction that has more waves. They had really friendly and well-cared for rescue dogs and cat, so it's the perfect place for traveling animal lovers who don't have pets. It's outside of the walled city, which I liked because it means you're not getting harassed by vendors, and you geta taste of the real Cartegena. Nice outdoor space with plenty of tables and hommocks. Quiet neighborhood.

The pool and rooftop area are beautiful with great views, tasty drinks, and great vibes. Rooms were outstanding, and you’re not overpaying like you would at Sofitel. Breakfast is perfect with very fresh fruit and light eggs, coffee. They were able to arrange for required COVID test for return flight. Pet-friendly
