A good budget hotel with clean spacious rooms, helpful staff and nice decorations. Located not far from the UNS campus, next to the Palur KRL station and opposite the popular Bu Better fried chicken restaurant. Next to food stalls at night. Good working but rather noisy AC. Clean bathroom with a basin and very good hot/cold shower. Spacious parking lot. Very good free WiFi and TV reception (complete free channels). Spacious lobby on the ground floor. A cozy outdoor space for relaxing on the 2nd floor with artistic tables and a free stationary exercise bike.

A sparkly clean three-floor syariah homestay combined with a batik shop and a restaurant. Rather small but comfortable rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, each with a private bathroom and complete amenities, and a cozy terrace table. Clean bathroom with a very good hot/cold shower. On each floor there's a shared balcony and pantry (with a hot/cold water dispenser, free coffee/tea bags and a dining table). Very friendly owner. Spacious parking lots for motorbikes and cars. This is a syariah hotel, so unmarried couples are not welcome. Very good TV reception (selected channels) and free WiFi.
