The location is perfect, the apartment has everything what we need, modern, clean and comfortable for our stay and amazing view, the owners are very nice and friendly and have gave as detailed information about the city. Set within 800 metres of Bellevue Beach and 1.8 km of Lapad Bay Beach in Dubrovnik, City Residences features accommodation with seating area. We loved the location on the property. It was very central to everything and you could walk everywhere. It was about a 25min walk into the old town which is beautiful and about a 15min walk to the ports where you catch the ferries etc. All of our tours even picked us up right out front! It was great! There’s is also grocery stores and bakeries very close by along with restaurants etc. It was also a quiet area to be in which was nice to come home to at the end of the day. Paula our host was a huge help in many ways and always available through WhatsApp.

I think the photos are not doing enough justice to the actual apartment. It's just WOW. We felt like home and will definitely recommend it.
